BOUT DE CHOU (10 AND UNDER) GROUPS All of our Bout de chou groups aim to be an introduction to competitive swimming for younger swimmers. The focus is on developing technique in the four swimming strokes and in developing endurance in each swimmer so that they can swim longer distances. The goal is to make each young swimmer the best athlete possible by improving their balance, coordination and comfort in the water. Above all else, we try to make the sport fun so that they will continue swimming for years to come.
