The 3F Club offers a variety of class options to suit different needs, fitness levels, and preferences. Participants may take whichever classes they prefer - we strongly encourage all 3F members to take 3 classes per week. Please consult the list of classes below or speak to one or our qualified instructors to determine which classes are right for you.

3F MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
- 3F membership is restricted to those 50 years and over and includes access to all 3F classes, and use of the weight room from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. – noon.
- Two mwmbership options are available. Please note the different classes offered in each. Participants must register in either Option A or Option B. Participation is strictly limited to the classes of the membership option chosen.
- Memberships are neither interchangeable nor transferable.
- Members will be required to wear and present a color-coded tag for entrance to the gym classes, aquafitness classes and the weight room.
- Entry to 3F classes is not permitted with a 1-day pass. All participants must have purchased a membership to the 3F Club.
- There is a $5 charge to replace lost membership tags.

Description |
Aquafit (all levels) |
An extended warm-up of low-to-moderate impact aerobics followed by muscular conditioning, stretching, and relaxation exercises. For the muscular segment of the class, a chair is used for participants to sit on and use for balance. |
Muscle Toning (Beginner) |
An extended warm-up of low-to-moderate impact aerobics followed by muscular conditioning, stretching, and relaxation exercises. For the muscular segment of the class, a chair is used for participants to sit on and use for balance. |
Aerobics+ (advanced) |
Low-to-moderate impact aerobics followed by muscular-conditioning workout using tubes, hand weights and floor exercises, ending with stretching and relaxation. |
Surf & Turf (Beginner) |
This “Surf & Turf” class provides the participant with 30 minutes of low-impact aerobics and stretching exercises followed by 30 minutes of shallow water aquafit. |
Step and Muscle |
Step aerobics (step height is adjusted to suit fitness level) followed by a complete muscular conditioning workout using hand weights, tubing, and floor exercises and finishing with stretching and relaxation exercises. |
Stretch & Relax (all levels)
|
A half hour of quiet stretching and range-of-motion exercises accompanied by relaxing music to enhance calming ambiance. |
3F Yoga (All levels) |
A gentle Yoga class designed to suit the needs of the 3F population. Exercise modifications are provided so that each participant can work at their own levels. |
