Gordon McLennan
Internationally acclaimed and one of Canada’s most distinguished artist, Wanda Koop visits Southern Ukraine with her mother Erika Koop in search of her roots. The artist is inspired by this trip and creates a whole body of work, showing that family stories can be universal, and comparing her family experience to the process of artistic creation.

The documentary film-maker Lucie Walker follows the artist Vik Muniz as he journeys to his native Brazil and the world’s largest garbage dump. He meets the catadores, pickers of recyclable materials. He wishes to collaborate with them on an art project that will further reveal the transformative power of art.
