DESCRIPTION

The Kidnetic program is designed to help educate youth about the important reasons to stay healthy. Its goal is to introduce new activities to youth in hopes of striking an interest for further involvement. Our staff of professional exercise specialists will coordinate and animate the activity sessions. Past activities have included: yoga, boxing, aerobics, swimming, fencing, hip hop dancing, weight training, etc. Involved in the project is a nutritionist to help answer questions and organize workshops concerning nutrition.
