To present a request to the City Council to hold a special event, please fill one of the application forms below and submit your request with all relevent information regarding the event's organisation to the Planning Department. 

Note: Please submit your request at least three weeks before the event so that the municipal services involved have sufficient time to examine the request and formulate their comments and recommendations.
