CHECKLIST
To submit a permit request for an ancillary building, you will need to show:

Certificate of location with location of proposed building and dimensions

Distances from property lines, house, pool, other ancillary buildings

If prefabricated building: manufacturer’s specifications on the model (showing height, facing materials, etc.) – details on foundation/slab

If new construction: detailed construction plans, structural details, roof, foundation/slab, height, facing materials, etc.
