How to obtain your building permit

Please contact a zoning technician for the pertinent regulations for your project.

 The requirements vary within the different zones of the zoning map.

 All new houses are subject to, and must respect the criteria of the Site Planning and Architectural Integration By-Law (SPAIP By-Law) No. PC-2787. A request should be submitted as per the procedure described above.
