HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE CULTURAL WORKSHOPS

Registration may be only done over the Internet: http://ludik.ville.pointe-claire.qc.ca
To register by internet, you must have client numbers for you and for your children. If you do not already have them, you must obtain them, preferably 3 working days before registration date.
Pointe-Claire Residents:
To obtain their client number, Pointe-Claire residents must come in person to the Cultural Centre. We require proof of residency for each registering person (driver’s licence or government medical insurance card, tax, electricity, cable or telephone bill) and proof of age for each child (medical insurance card, birth certificate).
Non-residents
Non-residents may obtain their client numbers by coming in person or calling the Cultural Centre.

Start of workshops: week of September 26, 2011
Pointe-Claire residents only:
Starting September 7, 7 p.m., registration (by Internet)
Residents and non-residents:
Starting September 9, 7 p.m., registration (by Internet)
Registrations continue until workshops begin.
New workshops are indicated with an * and have not been offered the previous season.
The following workshops are all included within the Cultural Workshops menu:
WORKSHOPS FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES
(Cost of materials are included in children's workshops)
WORKSHOPS FOR ADULTS
Teens 16 years old and up may also register if approved by the Administration
(Provincial and Federal taxes are included. Easels are provided; model fees and material costs are extra.)
INTENSIVE WORKSHOPS
Unless otherwise specified, cost of materials is extra.
Workshop fees will be reimbursed only if notice of cancellation is received at least seven days before the starting date of the workshop in question.
No refund will be given if notice of cancellation is received six days or less before the start of the workshop.
