52. GENTLE YOGA FOR SENIORS

The instructor is a licensed physiotherapist.  Bring a pillow or cushion, a yoga mat or a large towel, plus a small towel. For beginners. Mostly in English.

Gentle yoga: Introducing beginner level yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.  Ideal for adults and seniors with arthritis, back and neck problems, and recovering from cancer treatments.

Yoga Plus:  gentle stretches, sitting meditation and Sun Salutation, recommended for those who have practiced yoga before.  Poses are adapted for individual problems.
