43. EASY YOGA FOR SENIORS

(Teacher is a licensed physiotherapist.)
Introducing beginner level yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.  Ideal for adults and seniors with arthritis, back and neck problems, and recovering from cancer treatments. You must be able to get down on the floor and up again on your own. Beginner level. Mostly in English.

44. CHAIR YOGA & MEDITATION FOR SENIORS

Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available. Within this type of yoga, both standing and seated postures will be covered.  A chair will be used for most sessions, due to the difficulty of getting up or down off the floor.  Learn many kinds of yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation methods with the aid of a chair. Beginner level. In English.

56. PRENATAL YOGA

Find space for relaxation, take time for yourself and nourish an intimate relationship with your baby.  Find comfort and pleasure in your body during the pregnancy and share your discoveries with the group, both physical and spiritual.  Prepare confidently for labour and birth with the right tools: breathing, stretching, muscle toning, vocalisation and relaxation.

57. HATHA YOGA

Sivananda method: breathing exercises, warm-up, seated postures, and standing postures, meditation/relaxation.  Gently exercise all the body parts, stretch and tone your muscles and articulations, the spine, all the skeletal system and internal organs.  Release physical and mental tension.  Revitalize body and mind.  Meditation increases sharpness of mind, calm and concentration. Prerequisite for intermediate and advanced: beginner level.
