Gentle yoga: Introducing beginner level yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Ideal for adults and seniors with arthritis, back and neck problems, and recovering from cancer treatments.
Yoga Plus: gentle stretches, sitting meditation and Sun Salutation, recommended for those who have practiced yoga before. Poses are adapted for individual problems.
