The public and the real estate professional can consult the tax assessment roll and the electronic version of a tax statement for a given property through this online service. This service is provided free of charge through the “Visitors” profile.

NOTARIES, LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES ANS FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
After registering with the City of Pointe-Claire's TFP Section (Taxation, Invoicing and Collection) of Finance Services, professionals, including notaries, legal representatives and financial institutions, may also access this service to obtain a property tax statement at a cost of $15 each.
To consult the tax assessment roll or the tax bill for a property, you must have at hand one of the following details pertaining to the property:
- Civic address
- Cadastre number
- Registration number
- File number.

Notice
- The names of owners will never be published in the electronic version of the tax bill.
- The information available electronically reflects the status of the tax assessment roll on the date of the last update carried out by the Revenue Division. The actual amount billed over the year may be different.
- In case of discrepancy, the official and valid version is the data from the tax assessment roll deposited at the City of Pointe-Claire.
